RETURN POLICY

I AM Power Auto Group Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can return unused parts within 8 days of the original shipping date for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling fees.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or the wrong item was shipped. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted items.

Return Guidelines

  • All returns must include a detailed proof of purchase.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unaltered, and unwashed.

  • Products must have all tags and labels attached.

  • Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

  • Packages sent C.O.D. will be refused.

  • Final sale items are non-returnable.

  • We do not process exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or new item, please place a new order.

 

Please ensure you remove or cover any original mailing address labels or service barcodes from the package.
Use a trackable shipping method for returns. I AM Power Auto Group is not responsible for packages that are lost in transit. Keep the tracking information for your records.

Refunds and Processing Time

 

Once we receive your return within the 15-day period, please allow 14 business days for us to process it. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 1 to 5 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed. Please note that your bank may require additional time to post the refund after they receive the transaction details from I AM Power Auto Group.

International Returns:

  • All returns must include a proof of purchase.
